After having worked out with a trainer for over a year, I've found the network of professionals I was seeking to find. Meal plans are designed specifically for you and are VERY, very simple. Workouts are constantly changing, targeting your full body and keeping your mind engaged. The staff is SUPER knowledgeable, the equipment clean and new. Trust in the plan they layout for you and you'll immediately start to see results.

The SAFEST place to train! Thoroughly trained professional staff. VO2 and basal metabolism testing every 2 months - included in membership. Computerized real time record. Well-rounded program that covers all areas and never gets boring. Well-researched diet information. Group classes that include all levels of progress. An at-home program for the days you can't make it in or are out-of-town. Supportive, friendly atmosphere. Classes repeat all day, so that if you miss in the morning, you can attend in the afternoon or evening and get the very same training. I have been a member for over 5 years and have exceeded my own expectations ten-fold. The training will give you total body coverage, not just one area, as well as aerobic exercise. My max heart rate has improved 44 percentage points. Come try it. You won't regret the decision.

This place is really great. Through their comprehensive program that includes fitness and diet I started seeing noticeable results within the first few weeks. If you intend to keep with your end of the bargain by putting in the effort and work then you will be pleased with the results.

Love the folks here. Classes are well planned and weekly schedules will work every muscle group. Trainers monitor for technique and always provide input to encourage and push. Staff is wonderful to understand members level of fitness and make modifications to prevent injury - and they push to motivate towards effort. This place does everything. They tell you exactly what to do, it's very systematic and there's no guess-work involved. They give you a meal plan, workouts change weekly and there is a great balance between cardio and strength-training. The trainers are very knowledgeable and i've definitely seen results. Absolutely the best. Truly well-trained staff (I can't emphasize this enough)! Every single class is with a trainer - you don't pay extra for 6 weeks of sessions, training is just THERE at every single session, 7 days a week, all year long. Exercises vary every single day ... 364 days (excepting Christmas). Diet plan that is simple, easy to follow (no weighing or counting). VO2 testing and basal metabolism testing every 2 months. Personalized computerized belt thst records and shows your calories burned, heart rate, etc on the wall while working out, plus email summary of each workout and monthly summaries. You will accomplish more than you ever thought you could at Peak Zone Fitness. I have.
